Service Description

We are getting curious this summer and excited to invite you into 9 weeks of Mindfulness and Resilience. We will meet over zoom to explore techniques, practices, and discussion of mindfulness and resilience. We will have the opportunity to meet in person every three weeks to dive deeper into these themes. Zoom and in-person sessions will take place Sunday mornings. Zoom sessions will be from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM PST. Our in-person meeting time and place will be shared via email.
